~ A Note on Striking Glasses ~

Striking Glasses are glass styles that may not reveal (or strike to) their target color until fired. For stained glass purposes, artists have several options:

  1. Striker styles can be pre-struck in a kiln.
  2. Some striker styles in their cold form are very near to the struck form. Hover over all styles to see examples of each glass in its cold state.
  3. To see which styles do not require heatwork, select "no" in the striker filter. Or, select "non-fusible" in the grade filter.
