Overview

Fine Lines, Pattern, and Detail

Stringers offer Bullseye color in a fine, linear format for detailed kilnformed and torchworked glass. Pulled from remelted Bullseye Compatible sheet glass, they retain the character and working properties of the original color in a slender, versatile form.

Used for linework, stringer sheets, borders, and surface patterning, they can be laid on the surface, embedded between layers, or arranged to build graphic and rhythmic compositions. For a practical example, see our Quick Tip: Fine Lines.

Dimensions

Stringers are available in 0.5 mm (Fine Line), 1 mm, and 2 mm thicknesses and are approximately 17.75 in (451 mm) long.

They are packaged in clear plastic tubes measuring 18 in (457 mm) long and 0.75 in (19 mm) in diameter. Counts per tube vary by thickness and color.

Like Bullseye sheet glass, stringers are made by hand, and slight variation is normal.
